How do you support nervous or anxious learners?
As your mentor, I create a calm, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace. I've helped many anxious learners become confident drivers by breaking down challenges into manageable steps and celebrating every milestone along the way.
Can I cancel or reschedule my lesson?
Yes, but ONLY with 48 hours notice. Anything less than 48 hours and your payment is lost - no refunds, no rescheduling. We accept bank transfers and cash payment in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
STRICT POLICY: You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule. Less than 48 hours notice means your payment is forfeited and NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. This ensures our time slots are respected and serious students only.
How do I book lessons?
Contact me via WhatsApp or phone. We'll discuss your goals, availability, and create a structured learning schedule. Payment is required IN ADVANCE via bank transfer or cash to secure your slot.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes, I offer multi-lesson packages for committed students. This provides better value and ensures consistent weekly scheduling for optimal progress through your learning journey.

1. Booking & Payment
- All lessons must be booked and paid for IN ADVANCE
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer or Cash
- Payment must be received before your lesson time slot is confirmed
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless cancelled with 48+ hours notice
- Lesson packages offer better value and priority scheduling
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Lesson can be rescheduled at no charge
- Less than 48 hours notice: Payment is forfeited and NON-REFUNDABLE. No rescheduling available.
- No-show: 100% charge, payment forfeited, may result in service termination
- All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable unless 48+ hours notice is given
- Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation
3. Student Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and prepared for your lesson
- Maintain consistent weekly scheduling for optimal progress
- Respect the instructor's time and professional boundaries
- Follow all safety instructions and UK driving regulations
- Provide valid provisional license or full license as appropriate
4. Instructor Rights
- We reserve the right to refuse service to students who repeatedly cancel or show disrespect
- Lessons may be terminated early if student is under the influence or behaving dangerously
- We maintain the right to adjust scheduling based on operational needs with reasonable notice
5. Commitment to Excellence
- We provide professional, punctual service and expect the same commitment from our students
